Warbede Frauennotrufe e.V. is a non-profit association in Germany that deals with issues related to sexualized violence. The new identity avoids the often common stereotypical portrayal of women as victims. The goal of the redesign was to use a particularly inviting and friendly tone to convey the highly sensitive content more easily, to strengthen the self-determination of those affected, and at the same time to expand the reach of the association.

The illustrations, created with attention to detail, are an important part of the new identity. I worked closely with Celeste Meiselon this. This resulted in illustrations that radiate diversity, authenticity and self-determination.

The logo was inspired by the process of personal development, which is never linear, but comes with ups and downs. The circular, enclosing figurative mark also underscores the effort to create a safe space.
